SMS Program Disclosures
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This page describes the SMS text messaging programs operated on the Live Large LLC platform, including how end users opt in to each program. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program disclosures (all programs)
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to receive text messages to buy any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
Get help by replying HELP to any message, or by emailing delanklee@gmail.com.
No mobile information will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Appointment texting for local service businesses (verbal opt-in by phone)
Local service businesses that use our receptionist products — for example, auto repair shops such as Dave's Auto — send appointment scheduling, confirmation, and reminder texts to customers who opt in verbally during a phone call. Some of these programs are operated by the individual owner of the answering service (a sole proprietor) using the Live Large platform on behalf of the business you called.
How the verbal opt-in works, step by step:
- You call the business's main phone line (for example, to book vehicle service).
- During the call, the receptionist asks, in substantially the following words: “Would you like to receive text messages from [business name] about your appointment, such as scheduling, confirmation, and reminders? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.”
- Text messages are sent to the number you called from only if you clearly say yes. Your consent — including the date, time, and phone number — is recorded with the call log.
- You then receive a confirmation message such as: “[Business name]: You're opted in to appointment texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
There are no other opt-in paths for these programs: no website forms, no keyword opt-ins, and no purchased or rented lists. Only callers who verbally agree are ever messaged.
Miisk scheduling texts for fitness studios (web form opt-in)
Miisk (a Live Large LLC product) sends class scheduling and reminder texts to individuals who opt in through a web form — including Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead ad forms — by checking an unchecked-by-default consent box agreeing to receive scheduling and reminder texts from the participating studio, powered by Miisk. See our Terms of Service for details.
