These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at livelargellc.com (the "Site") operated by Live Large LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Live Large LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Live Large LLC

Live Large LLC is a Utah limited liability company that builds and operates AI communication products for local businesses, including Miisk, an AI receptionist. These Terms govern your use of this Site. Use of any specific product operated by Live Large LLC may be subject to a separate agreement.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site; or (e) use the Site to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

3. SMS and text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the products operated by Live Large LLC, including replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How we collect SMS consent. Consent to receive Miisk text messages is collected through opt-in forms — including Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead ad forms — where you check a box agreeing to receive scheduling and reminder texts from the participating studio powered by Miisk (Live Large LLC). For other local businesses that use our products — such as auto repair shops, including Dave's Auto — consent is collected verbally during your phone call with the business: the receptionist asks whether you would like to receive text messages about your appointment, discloses that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, and texts are sent only if you agree. These programs may be operated by the individual owner of the answering service using the Live Large platform on behalf of the business you called. This consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Your mobile opt-in and consent information will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Live Large LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Live Large LLC" and "Miisk" are marks used by Live Large LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including miisk.com. Live Large LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Live Large LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Large LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Large LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Utah.

10. Changes to these Terms

Live Large LLC may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
